customer is if the tour company goes out of business - simply, you
are covered when booking with us. We are Situated in Sydney
Australia with a retail shop front with Industry trained local
staff. Some of our competitors will try and sell you Australian
tours where their business is run from another country on the
computer from home! So even if our competitors have a cheaper quote
- you are taking a risk if your monies are not guaranteed, and in
any case we may still be able to better any quote.

Cancellation fee:
If cancelled after purchase - 25% Fee of the Gross amount -
deposit is non refundable
If cancelled within 8 -30 days of departure - 50%
Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non refundable
If
cancelled within 7 days of departure - 100% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is
non refundable
If
cancelled on the day or no show - 100% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non
refundable
We advise all clients to be covered with Travel Insurance.
Conditions: The
company issuing this ticket does not hold itself responsible for any loss or
accident that might be
occasioned to the holder thereof, or loss, damage or theft of any description
through any delay or by any mishap or due to whether conditions.

Non-attendance, cancellations or transfers
within 7 days of departure, no refund or
transfer will be given. Groups of 5 or more
no refund will be given within 14 days of
departure. A 20% admin fee may apply for
changes and cancellations outside the
cancellation period. Other conditions apply
for separate on snow accommodation. Prices
correct at time of publishingand may be
subject to change. Oz Snow Adventures takes
no liability or responsibility for any
injuries sustained whilst on tour and
recommends all passengers travelling have
individual Insurance Policies covering snow
related activities. Please ask your
consultant about a suitable policy for your
trip. Alternate accommodation may be used if
Snowy Valley Resort has no vacancies. All OZ
Snow Adventures packages are based on share
accommodation unless an extra tariff has
been paid for twin or double option. Oz Snow
Adventures reserves the right to cancel any
trip in which case a full refund will be
made.
